In this role, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining telecommunications systems. Responsibilities

• Manage the installation and integration of telecommunications systems.
• Conduct testing and quality assurance for new installations.
• Assist in the development of project plans and timelines.
• Provide ongoing technical support and training to users.
• Evaluate and recommend hardware/software upgrades.
• Work closely with vendors to resolve equipment issues.
• Participate in project meetings to discuss progress and roadblocks.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
• Certifications in telecommunications are advantageous

Experience

• 2+ years of relevant experience

• VoIP technologies

• Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP)
