Job Description

We are searching for a dynamic HR Manager to lead our HR department in Johannesburg. The right candidate will have a strong background in HR practices, compliance, and strategy implementation. This role involves working closely with management to cultivate a supportive workplace culture and ensure effective talent management.

Responsibilities

  • Lead talent acquisition efforts to attract top talent.
  • Implement training programs to enhance workforce skills.
  • Monitor employee satisfaction and workplace culture initiatives.
  • Ensure adherence to disciplinary policies and procedures.
  • Coordinate with department heads to understand workforce planning needs.
  • Develop compensation and benefits strategies to attract and retain staff.
  • Facilitate organizational development and change management programs.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or Business Management
  • Master's degree in HR or related field preferred
Experience
  • 5+ years of HR experience in diverse environments
