Job Description

We are searching for a passionate Diversity and Inclusion Manager to develop and implement strategies that promote an inclusive culture. The successful candidate will collaborate with management to create an environment where diverse talents thrive.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate with cross-departmental teams to ensure proper implementation of D&I initiatives.
  • Analyze data to assess the effectiveness of D&I programs and adjust as needed.
  • Collaborate with external experts to guide the D&I vision.
  • Prepare reports and presentations on D&I strategies and performance for stakeholders.
  • Participate in diversity-related panels or community events to raise the company's profile.
  • Serve as a resource for employees regarding D&I issues and initiatives.
  • Oversee budget allocation for diversity programs.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Social Sciences or related field
  • Master's degree preferred
Experience
  • 5+ years in D&I or HR roles with a proven record of leading initiatives
