Responsibilities
Coordinate with cross-departmental teams to ensure proper implementation of D&I initiatives.
Analyze data to assess the effectiveness of D&I programs and adjust as needed.
Collaborate with external experts to guide the D&I vision.
Prepare reports and presentations on D&I strategies and performance for stakeholders.
Participate in diversity-related panels or community events to raise the company's profile.
Serve as a resource for employees regarding D&I issues and initiatives.
Oversee budget allocation for diversity programs.
Requirements
Education
Bachelor's degree in Social Sciences or related field
Master's degree preferred
Experience
5+ years in D&I or HR roles with a proven record of leading initiatives
