As an IT Support Technician, you'll play a crucial role in maintaining and enhancing our IT infrastructure. You'll be the first point of contact for IT issues and will ensure quick resolutions to keep operations running smoothly.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for technical support inquiries.
• Troubleshoot network connectivity issues and maintain network performance.
• Set up new user accounts and ensure that all permissions are correctly configured.
• Assist in maintaining IT documentation and operating procedures.
• Monitor IT systems and networks for any issues or discrepancies.

Requirements

Education

• Diploma or Degree in Information Technology or related field

Experience

• 2+ years of experience in IT support or a similar role
