Responsibilities
Set up machines for dough cutting, ensuring proper calibration and settings.
Conduct quality checks at various stages of production.
Assist in training new staff on machine operations.
Work closely with the production team to streamline processes.
Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
Assist in troubleshooting machine issues as they arise.
Advantageous
Experience with dough or pastry products: Familiarity with working on dough-related machines and products.
Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards: Understanding of general principles of food safety.
