We are seeking a Cybersecurity Consultant to join our team in Port Elizabeth! As a key player, you will assess vulnerabilities, develop security policies, and implement best practices to safeguard our client's digital assets. This role requires expertise in security auditing, risk management, and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate existing security measures and recommend enhancements.
• Assist in creating disaster recovery and business continuity plans.
• Integrate security solutions into existing systems.
• Review and update incident response plans.
• Serve as a security advisor for new projects and initiatives.
• Collaborate across departments to align security strategies.
• Develop metrics and reporting mechanisms for security performance.
• Research emerging security threats and devise strategic responses.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity or related field
• Master's degree in a relevant field is a plus

Experience

• 4+ years of hands-on experience in cybersecurity roles
