Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture
• Master's degree in Architecture is an advantage

Experience

• 4+ years of experience in the architectural field

Technical Skills

• Building Codes Knowledge
• 3D Rendering Software

Soft Skills

• Negotiation Skills
• Time Management

Certifications

• Certified Green Professional

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience in landscape architecture: Background in integrating landscaping with architectural designs.
• Knowledge of historic preservation: Familiarity with preserving historical building elements.
