Industrial Engineer

Job Description

Join our team as an Industrial Engineer where you will play a critical role in optimizing manufacturing processes and improving operational efficiency. You will work closely with various teams to identify areas for improvement and implement innovative solutions that drive productivity.

Responsibilities

• Conduct root cause analysis for production issues.
• Train staff on new processes and methodologies.
• Monitor KPI metrics to track process performance.
• Coordinate projects with engineering and maintenance teams.
• Facilitate continuous improvement meetings.
• Manage and support engineering projects as required.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or equivalent experience
• Master's degree in a relevant field is advantageous

Experience

• 5+ years in manufacturing and process improvement roles

Technical Skills

Certifications

• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Familiarity with ERP systems: Experience with Enterprise Resource Planning software implementation.
