Job Description

As an Industrial Engineer at our company, you will focus on production optimization, waste reduction, and process enhancements. Utilizing tools like Six Sigma and Lean methodologies, you’ll make impactful changes that boost efficiency and productivity.

Responsibilities

• Analyze manufacturing systems and workflows to identify bottlenecks.
• Develop continuous improvement programs focused on quality and productivity.
• Work with engineers to specify and deploy new equipment.
• Facilitate workshops aimed at driving process improvement.
• Evaluate supply chain logistics to improve overall performance.
• Manage projects within the engineering department to ensure timely completion.
• Provide training and support to production staff on new processes.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field
• Master's degree preferred

Experience

• 3-5 years of experience in industrial engineering or operations management
