Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Quality Assurance Analyst to join our growing team in Pretoria. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail and a passion for ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of quality.

Responsibilities

• Map out test cases, manage test data, and execute tests accordingly.
• Facilitate troubleshooting and debugging of software applications.
• Assist with the documentation of QA processes and procedures.
• Engage in continuous improvement of the QA process.
• Collaborate with Product Owners to ensure requirements are clearly understood.
• Present testing findings to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
• Contribute to the fun and collaborative work culture in our team.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field
• Relevant professional certification(s) preferred

Experience

• 4+ years of experience in quality assurance with a focus on web applications

Technical Skills

• Automated Testing Tools
• Performance Testing

• Teamwork

Certifications

• Certified Software Tester (CSTE)

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience with API Testing: Familiarity with testing APIs using tools like Postman or SoapUI.
• Knowledge of Performance Testing: Experience with performance testing tools such as JMeter or LoadRunner.
