Responsibilities

• Oversee the logistics team and ensure clear communication of objectives.
• Assist in the development of logistics training programs for new employees.
• Evaluate performance metrics and implement changes as needed.
• Support sustainability initiatives by optimizing transport routes.
• Ensure effective use of logistics software and technology.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
• Postgraduate qualification is advantageous

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in logistics coordination

Certifications

• APICS Certified in Planning and Inventory Management (CPIM)

Languages

• English: Fluent

• Previous experience in a similar role: Demonstrated experience in logistics coordination in a fast-paced environment.
