Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a similar field
• Master's degree in Blockchain Technology is a plus

Experience

• 4+ years in blockchain or cryptocurrencies

Technical Skills

• Hyperledger
• Distributed Ledger Technology

Soft Skills

• Problem-solving
• Effective communication

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Familiarity with blockchain scaling solutions: Understanding of Layer 2 solutions like Polygon.
