Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Civil Service Administrator to join our team in Pretoria. This role involves managing administrative functions, ensuring compliance with government regulations, and supporting various public service initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily office operations and administrative workflows.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with community partners.
  • Draft and edit reports, proposals, and correspondence.
  • Conduct research to support policy development initiatives.
  • Analyze data and prepare reports to inform decision-making.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Public Policy or related field
  • Master's degree in Public Administration is preferred
Experience
  • 4+ years of experience in administrative support within the public sector
