Job Description

As an Industrial-Organizational Psychologist at Innovative Solutions Group, you will play a pivotal role in analyzing workplace dynamics and enhancing employee engagement. You will utilize your expertise to develop, implement, and evaluate policies that align with the needs of our diverse workforce.

Responsibilities

  • Identify policy needs through surveys and interviews.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory standards in policy implementation.
  • Design and execute programs to enhance employee engagement and productivity.
  • Conduct training sessions on policy updates for staff members.
  • Collaborate with external consultants to benchmark policies against industry standards.
  • Assist in developing an employee assistance program to support workforce well-being.
  • Monitor and analyze workforce metrics to recommend strategies for improvement.
  • Participate in cross-departmental meetings to align policy objectives with organizational goals.
  • Draft policy reports to communicate findings to stakeholders.
  • Build relationships with community organizations to facilitate inclusivity in policy development.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Master's degree in Public Policy or related discipline (preferred)
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in the public sector, specializing in policy analysis
