We are seeking an experienced E-commerce Manager to lead our online retail operations. Your analytical skills will be key in monitoring performance metrics and optimizing the online shopping journey.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily E-commerce operations and ensure alignment with business goals.
• Continuously analyze and report on sales performance and user behavior.
• Work closely with IT and development teams on website enhancements.
• Create and manage budgets for E-commerce marketing and operational costs.
• Foster customer relationships through effective communication and engagement initiatives.
• Implement SEO best practices to improve organic traffic and conversion rates.

Requirements

Education

• Master's degree in Business or Marketing is preferred

Experience

• 5+ years in E-commerce with managerial experience preferred
