You'll be responsible for managing daily operations, developing staff, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and mentor sales staff while fostering teamwork.

• Prepare reports on sales performance and operational effectiveness.
• Create and implement action plans for sales improvement.
• Work with suppliers to ensure product availability.
• Promote a culture of continuous improvement within the team.
• Contribute to store visual merchandising to enhance the customer experience.

Requirements

Education

• Diploma in Retail Management or relevant field

Experience

• Minimum of 5 years in a retail environment with management experience
