Responsibilities

• Plan and organize instructional materials and activities.
• Differentiate instruction to meet the varying needs of students.
• Encourage critical thinking and problem-solving skills in students.
• Collaborate with colleagues to analyze student performance data.
• Participate in curriculum development and review.
• Actively seek feedback from students and colleagues to enhance personal teaching practices.
• Organize and participate in math clubs or extracurricular activities.

Requirements

Education

• Master's degree in Education or Mathematics is advantageous

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in secondary education
