Responsibilities

• Manage patient care and execute treatment plans effectively.
• Oversee the sterilization of dental tools and ensure a hygienic environment.
• Assist in training dental staff and interns as needed.
• Communicate effectively with patients to alleviate concerns and answer queries.
• Engage in continuous professional development to enhance skills.
• Implement patient feedback to improve service delivery.
• Participate in staff meetings to discuss patient care and practice strategies.
• Monitor inventory of dental supplies and recommend orders.
• Work with office staff to schedule appointments and manage workflow.
• Demonstrate a commitment to quality and excellence in dental care.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Dentistry
• Registered with the Health Professions Council of South Africa (HPCSA)

Experience

• Minimum 2 years of clinical experience preferred
