Job Description

We are searching for a dedicated Civil Engineer to join our team in Port Elizabeth. The successful candidate will work on a variety of projects, including infrastructure development, and collaboration with architects and contractors to ensure project feasibility and adherence to regulations.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate existing civil engineering projects and propose improvements.
• Conduct risk assessments and implement necessary safety measures.
• Prepare progress reports and documentation for project milestones.
• Participate in community engagement initiatives related to civil works.
• Collaborate with local government and agencies on public projects.
• Implement new technologies and sustainable practices in engineering solutions.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline
• Postgraduate qualifications in Civil Engineering are advantageous

Experience

• 5+ years of relevant civil engineering experience
