Responsibilities

  • Lead recruitment campaigns to attract top talent.
  • Manage employee retention strategies and initiatives.
  • Analyze HR metrics to improve processes and employee satisfaction.
  • Support management with organizational development initiatives.
  • Coordinate health and safety compliance and training.
  • Act as a liaison between employees and management.
  • Support the implementation of HR software solutions.
  • Prepare HR reports for management review.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or related field
  • Master's degree preferred.
Experience
  • 4+ years of experience in a generalist HR role
