Job Description

As the Inventory Lead, you will manage stock levels and oversee inventory operations in our Pretoria store. Your role will ensure that the inventory system is efficient, cost-effective, and meets the demands of our dynamic retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead inventory management initiatives to improve accuracy and reduce waste.
• Coordinate with various departments to align inventory levels with sales forecasts.
• Analyse inventory metrics to develop actionable insights for performance improvement.
• Troubleshoot inventory discrepancies and resolve issues promptly.
• Maintain inventory software systems and keep records up to date.
• Support team development through training and mentorship.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Business or Logistics
• Master's degree is an advantage

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in inventory or warehouse operations

• ERP Systems

Certifications

• Lean Six Sigma Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent
