Job Description

Healthcare Solutions Ltd. is seeking a dedicated Healthcare Administrator to join our Pretoria team. In this pivotal role, you will oversee administrative functions, manage healthcare policies, and support our healthcare staff in delivering quality patient care.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee administrative tasks related to patient intake and medical billing.
  • Ensure a high level of customer service for patients and families.
  • Assist in the development of new healthcare initiatives.
  • Monitor industry trends and compliance regulations.
  • Evaluate staffing needs and assist in recruitment processes.
  • Prepare reports for management on departmental performance.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a focus on Healthcare
  • Master's degree in Public Health preferred
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in healthcare administration or management roles
