• Promote preventive care to reduce the risk of dental issues.
• Maintain patient records in compliance with regulatory standards.
• Train and mentor new staff members in clinical procedures.
• Assist in financial management related to patient billing and insurance.
• Engage community outreach programs to promote oral health awareness.
• Collaborate with specialists for comprehensive patient care.
• Ensure all equipment is maintained and sterilization protocols are followed.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Dentistry
• Further training in specialized dental fields is advantageous

Experience

• 3+ years of relevant experience preferred

Technical Skills

• Cosmetic dentistry
• Preventive care practices

Soft Skills

• Detail-oriented

Certifications

• Additional certifications in sedation or implants are a plus

Languages

• English: Fluent
• Xhosa: Basic
