We are on the lookout for a skilled Electrical Engineer in Durban. You will be responsible for the design and implementation of electrical systems for various projects. Your expertise in renewable energy will contribute positively to our green initiatives and project sustainability.

Responsibilities

• Develop and design innovative electrical systems for various applications.
• Ensure compliance with local code regulations and safety standards.
• Analyze project requirements and specifications to create effective design solutions.
• Conduct feasibility studies and risk analyses on electrical projects.
• Provide mentorship to junior engineers and interns.
• Assist in the procurement of materials and equipment for projects.
• Review and approve technical documentation from contractors and consultants.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
• Master's degree is an advantage

Experience

• 3-5 years of experience in electrical engineering

Technical Skills

• Circuit Design
• AutoCAD
• Renewable Energy Systems

Certifications

• Professional Engineer (Pr.Eng)
• Certified Energy Manager (CEM)

Languages

• English: Fluent
