Job Description

As a Construction Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading construction projects in Port Elizabeth, overseeing the development process, managing budgets and timelines, and ensuring project objectives are achieved effectively and efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of construction project management including planning, execution, and completion.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure project objectives are met.
• Track project progress and make adjustments as necessary to ensure successful completion.
• Monitor compliance with legal requirements, safety standards, and quality requirements.
• Assist in the procurement of materials and supplies for projects within budgetary constraints.
• Facilitate communication between stakeholders and project teams to ensure alignment and transparency.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or Civil Engineering
• Master's degree is a plus

Experience

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction project management

• Project Management Software (e.g., MS Project)
