• Assist in developing health promotion initiatives within the community.
• Resolve patient complaints and queries effectively and professionally.
• Participate in continuous professional development activities.
• Evaluate and enhance pharmacy services for better patient outcomes.
• Document and report adverse drug reactions and other relevant incidents.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy
• Postgraduate qualifications preferred

Experience

• 2+ years of community pharmacy experience

Technical Skills

• Compounding Skills
• Drug Utilization Review

Soft Skills

• Problem-solving
• Teamwork

Certifications

• Registered Pharmacist with the SAPC
• Basic Life Support Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience in a retail pharmacy setting: Hands-on experience in managing pharmacy operations and customer interactions.
• Fluency in isiXhosa: Ability to communicate effectively with a diverse clientele.
