Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Construction Manager to oversee our projects in Pretoria. The successful candidate will manage all aspects of construction from initial planning to final delivery, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.

Responsibilities

  • Lead project teams and coordinate resources.
  • Evaluate contractor performance and address issues promptly.
  • Maintain effective communication with clients and stakeholders.
  • Prepare detailed reports on project status for management.
  • Ensure all construction activities comply with health and safety regulations.
  • Provide mentorship and guidance to junior staff.
  • Track project expenses and adjust forecasts as necessary.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
  • Master's degree is a plus

  • 7+ years of experience in the construction industry
