Job Description

We're looking for a passionate Registered Nurse Supervisor to lead our nursing team in Cape Town. The successful candidate will ensure high standards of nursing care, monitor compliance with regulatory requirements, and develop nursing staff.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee compliance with hospital protocols and nursing practices.
  • Conduct regular audits of patient care practices.
  • Promote a culture of continuous improvement in nursing care.
  • Represent the nursing department in management meetings.
  • Support nursing staff in managing complex patient cases.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field
  • A Master's degree in Nursing is preferred
Experience
  • 5+ years of nursing experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory position in a hospital setting
