Job Description

As a User Experience Researcher at DigiSolutions, you will play a pivotal role in our design process, engaging with users to gather insights that drive product direction. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of UX research methods and the ability to translate findings into actionable design recommendations.

Responsibilities

  • Design and execute user research plans to understand user needs.
  • Translate research insights into clear design recommendations.
  • Work closely with product managers and developers to ensure a user-centered approach.
  • Conduct A/B testing to validate design concepts and user interactions.
  • Document research processes and findings for future reference.
  • Engage with users through community outreach and feedback sessions.
  • Utilize analytics tools to monitor user behavior and identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate on the creation of design specifications and user guidelines.
  • Support the team in ideation and brainstorming activities.
  • Foster a culture of data-driven decision making within the team.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Cognitive Science or Social Science
  • Master's degree in a relevant field is preferred
Experience
  • Minimum 3 years in a UX research role or similar function
