We are seeking a dynamic Retail Store Manager to spearhead our Port Elizabeth store. You will supervise daily functionality, cultivate a positive team atmosphere, and enhance overall customer satisfaction. Your leadership will be key in achieving sales targets and operational excellence.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the retail store.
• Achieve sales goals through effective team management.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through exceptional service.
• Implement effective inventory management systems.
• Lead and conduct performance reviews of team members.
• Liaise with suppliers and vendors for stock management.
• Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities.

Requirements

Education

• Matric (Grade 12) required
• Diploma in Retail Management or related field is preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in retail management with proven success
