Responsibilities

• Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to IT systems.
• Assist with training users on new technologies and updates.

• Participate in the installation and maintenance of IT systems.
• Log and track issues in software and escalate when needed.
• Conduct routine checks and maintenance of IT hardware.
• Report on IT performance metrics to management.
• Support project teams with technical expertise.
• Encourage a positive IT user experience through effective communication.
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information at all times.

Advantageous

• Exposure to Cybersecurity Principles: Knowledge of cybersecurity best practices to protect systems and data.
• Understanding of Virtualization Technologies: Experience with virtualization software such as VMware or Hyper-V.
