• Lead daily retail operations and staff management.
• Formulate sales plans and promotional strategies.
• Ensure exceptional customer experience through staff training.
• Maintain store merchandising standards.
• Conduct regular performance reviews with team members.
• Collaborate with the procurement team on inventory needs.
• Implement store policies and procedures.
• Maintain a safe and clean shopping environment.
• Track sales performance and reporting to upper management.
• Engage in community outreach to enhance store presence.

• Diploma in Retail Management or related field
• Bachelor's degree is advantageous
• Team Leadership Proven track record in leading and developing teams.
• Sales Strategy Development Expertise in developing effective sales strategies.
• Customer Service Orientation Strong focus on providing exemplary customer service.
• Problem-Solving Adept at finding solutions to operational challenges.
• English (Fluent)

• Experience in Budgeting and Forecasting: Expertise in preparing financial forecasts and budgets for retail operations.
• Fluency in Afrikaans or Zulu: Additional language skills are beneficial for customer engagement.
