• Bachelor's degree in Retail Management or related field
• Customer Relationship Management Expertise in managing customer relationships and enhancing loyalty.
• Sales Strategy Development Proficient in developing and executing sales strategies.
• Leadership Exceptional leadership skills with a focus on team development.
• Communication Excellent communication skills for engaging customers and staff.
• English (Fluent)
• Afrikaans (Conversational)
