Job Description

As a Warehouse Manager at Top Logistics Solutions in Durban, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the daily operations of our warehouse. Your primary focus will be to manage inventory levels, coordinate shipping and receiving, and implement efficiency improvements to ensure smooth warehouse operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of logistics practices and a proven track record in warehouse management.

Responsibilities

  • Direct daily activities of warehouse personnel and oversee inventory management.
  • Coordinate shipping schedules and manage logistics operations effectively.
  • Conduct staff training sessions and performance evaluations.
  • Set and monitor key performance indicators for warehouse operations.
  • Develop and implement warehouse policies and procedures to improve efficiency.
  • Maintain documentation of shipping and receiving activities.
  • Interact with customers to address any inquiries or concerns regarding orders.

Requirements

Education
  • Matriculation Certificate or equivalent qualification
  • Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field preferred
Experience
  • 3-5 years of experience in warehouse management or logistics
