Job Description

We are seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily operations in our Cape Town facility. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills and experience in managing warehouse activities, inventory control, and ensuring the safety and efficiency of warehouse operations.

Responsibilities

• Implement inventory management best practices for optimal stock levels.
• Lead warehouse team meetings to discuss performance and goals.
• Review and manage budgets related to warehouse operations.
• Monitor performance metrics and initiate corrective actions as necessary.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in warehouse operations with leadership experience

Certifications

• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent
