Responsibilities

• Evaluate current urban conditions and recommend improvements.
• Create comprehensive land use plans that reflect community needs.
• Facilitate stakeholder meetings to discuss project development.
• Assess the impact of proposed projects on existing urban infrastructure.
• Prepare grant proposals to secure funding for urban initiatives.
• Advise on community development programs that enhance urban living.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Urban Planning or Environmental Science
• Master's degree in Urban Design is advantageous

Experience

• 5+ years of urban planning experience
