You will be responsible for performing various aesthetic treatments, including facials, chemical peels, and body treatments, while ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Deliver treatments with a focus on achieving client satisfaction and retention.
• Collaborate with other beauty professionals to provide a comprehensive service.
• Monitor and evaluate treatment effectiveness and make necessary adjustments.
• Handle client inquiries and resolve any issues promptly.
• Assist with inventory management and ordering of supplies.
• Promote spa services through various marketing channels.

Requirements

Education

• Diploma in Beauty Therapy or equivalent
• Additional certifications in advanced skincare treatments preferred

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in aesthetic services

Technical Skills

• Chemical Peels

Certifications

• CPR and First Aid Certified

Languages

• English: Fluent
