Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field
• Master's degree is a plus

Experience

• 3-5 years of experience in UX design

Technical Skills

• Adobe Creative Suite
• Figma
• HTML/CSS

Soft Skills

• Creative Problem Solving
• Effective Communication

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience in user research methodologies: Knowledge of both qualitative and quantitative research methods to derive user insights.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies: Understanding of Agile principles to effectively work within cross-functional teams.
