UX/UI Designer

Job Description

We are seeking a talented UX/UI Designer to join our creative team in Cape Town. You will be responsible for crafting user-centered designs for web and mobile applications. The ideal candidate should possess a strong understanding of user experience principles and be able to create visually appealing interfaces.

Responsibilities

• Translate user requirements into engaging, user-friendly interfaces.
• Evaluate existing designs and recommend improvements.
• Document design processes and decisions for project transparency.
• Facilitate workshops and design critiques with the design team.
• Develop interactive prototypes for testing and demonstration.
• Ensure all designs are accessible to users with disabilities.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Design or Human-Computer Interaction

Experience

• 3+ years in UX/UI design with a strong portfolio

Technical Skills

• Sketch

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience in designing for mobile applications: Proven track record of creating mobile-friendly designs.
