• Supervise and train junior team members and interns.
• Adjust plans according to changing circumstances and client needs.
• Optimize resource allocation and manage costs effectively.
• Compile and manage event budgets to ensure financial goals are met.
• Ensure quality control by conducting site visits before events.
• Engage in networking to enhance company visibility in the market.
• Report to Senior Management on event outcomes and client satisfaction.
• Foster a positive team environment and promote collaboration.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Communication
• Further qualifications in Event Management is a plus

Experience

• 3-5 years experience in similar roles

• Event Marketing

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience with event management software: Proficient in tools such as Eventbrite or Cvent.
