Job Description

We are in search of a creative and organized Event Planner to join our dynamic team in Port Elizabeth. In this role, you'll be responsible for managing and executing a variety of events, from corporate gatherings to weddings. The ideal candidate should possess strong interpersonal skills and have a flair for creativity, attention to detail, and the ability to work under pressure.

Responsibilities

  • Manage event budgets and timelines effectively.
  • Create and maintain event schedules and timelines.
  • Monitor on-site event activities and resolve any issues that arise.
  • Evaluate the success of events and propose improvements.
  • Foster relationships with clients to promote repeat business.

Requirements

Education
  • Diploma in Event Management or related field
Experience
  • 2+ years of experience in event coordination or a similar role
