Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated HR Generalist who will support our HR department in recruiting talent and ensuring strong employee relations. Your role will involve training coordination and compliance with labor laws.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee recruitment and selection efforts ensuring alignment with company culture.
  • Facilitate workshops and training sessions.
  • Support employee relations and conflict resolution.
  • Analyze employee performance and provide recommendations.
  • Manage benefits administration and employee payroll inquiries.
  • Implement and maintain HR metrics to assess effectiveness.
  • Serve as a liaison between employees and management.

Requirements

Education
  • Relevant HR Certification is a plus
Experience
  • 2+ years of experience in HR or related area
