Responsibilities
Oversee recruitment and selection efforts ensuring alignment with company culture.
Facilitate workshops and training sessions.
Support employee relations and conflict resolution.
Analyze employee performance and provide recommendations.
Manage benefits administration and employee payroll inquiries.
Implement and maintain HR metrics to assess effectiveness.
Serve as a liaison between employees and management.
