Job Description

We are looking for an HR Generalist to manage our HR operations in Pretoria. This role will encompass recruitment, performance appraisals, and regulatory compliance. The ideal candidate should demonstrate strong interpersonal skills and an ability to drive HR initiatives that enhance employee satisfaction and engagement.

Responsibilities

  • Lead recruitment processes, conducting interviews and selecting candidates.
  • Develop HR policies that promote a positive work environment.
  • Administer and manage employee training programs.
  • Handle employee grievances and ensure resolution.
  • Maintain compliance with workplace health and safety standards.
  • Prepare reports on HR metrics and employee performance.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
