UX/UI Designer

Job Description

We are seeking a passionate UX/UI Designer to join our dynamic design team in Cape Town. In this role, you will be responsible for creating intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces, while ensuring a seamless user experience across all platforms. The ideal candidate will have a strong design portfolio showcasing expertise in user-centered design principles, and a firm grasp of design tools such as Sketch and Adobe Creative Suite.

Responsibilities

• Participate in design sprints and brainstorming sessions.
• Analyze competitors' UX/UI strategies to guide design improvements.
• Lead design presentations to stakeholders and gather feedback.
• Ensure that all designs align with brand guidelines.
• Explore new design tools and technologies to improve workflow.
• Document design processes and decisions for future reference.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or relevant field
• Master's degree preferred

Experience

• 4+ years of experience in UX/UI design

Languages

• English: Fluent
