• Conduct post-occupancy evaluations and incorporate feedback into future designs.
• Foster strong relationships with clients and professional partners.
• Assist in business development activities to promote the firm.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture
• Master's degree in a related field is an advantage

Experience

• 4-6 years of experience in architectural practice

Technical Skills

• BIM Software
• Building Regulations Knowledge
• 3D Rendering Software

Soft Skills

• Analytical Skills
• Negotiation Skills

Certifications

• LEED AP Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Proficiency in project management software: Experience using management tools like Asana or Trello.
