Job Description

As a Paper Reel Operator, you will be responsible for the setup, operation, and maintenance of machines that convert raw paper into finished products. You will monitor production processes to ensure quality standards are met while adhering to safety regulations.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain advanced rolling machines for paper production.
• Conduct quality checks on finished products.
• Troubleshoot and perform repairs on machinery as necessary.
• Document production metrics and report discrepancies.
• Assist in implementing continuous improvement processes.
• Engage in safety audits and uphold workplace safety standards.
• Contribute to team meetings and offer suggestions for efficiency.
• Maintain accurate records of machine settings and adjustments.
• Mentor junior staff in machine operation and safety protocols.

Requirements

Education

• Technical diploma in Manufacturing or Engineering

Experience

• 2+ years of operating experience on similar machinery.

Technical Skills

• Prior experience with quality control processes
• Strong troubleshooting skills
