Penetration Tester

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Penetration Tester to join our dynamic cybersecurity team. In this role, you will proactively test the security of systems and applications, identify and report vulnerabilities, and collaborate with teams to reinforce security measures. Ideal candidates possess a strong technical skill set and are keen on continual learning.

Responsibilities

• Run penetration tests and vulnerability assessments on client applications and systems.
• Prepare detailed reports outlining vulnerabilities along with recommended fixes.
• Engage in threat modeling and risk assessments to prepare strategic security plans.
• Work in tandem with security engineers to enhance current security measures.
• Mentor junior security analysts in penetration testing techniques and tools.
• Simulate adversary behavior to test organizational defenses.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity or a related field
• Relevant certifications are a plus

Experience

• 2+ years in cybersecurity roles focusing on vulnerability assessments
