Job Description

As a Merchandise Displayer and Window Trimmer, you will be responsible for creating visually stunning displays that attract customers and enhance their shopping experience. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, strong artistic skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with various teams.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement visually striking window displays.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to align displays with promotional campaigns.
• Manage logistical aspects of display installations including timelines and budgets.
• Evaluate and analyse the impact of displays on customer engagement.
• Adapt displays based on sales data and seasonal changes.
• Maintain and improve the overall aesthetic of the retail space.
• Assist in the planning of promotional events and coordinate display setups for those events.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations during display setup.
• Gather feedback from customers and staff to refine display strategies.
• Document display setups for future reference and training.

Requirements

Education

• Diploma in Visual Arts, Merchandising, or related field

Experience

• Experience in marketing campaigns and event coordination is a plus.

Languages

• English: Fluent
