As a Veterinary Surgeon, you will play a crucial role in providing top-notch medical care to our furry patients, from routine check-ups to complex surgical procedures.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough physical examinations on a range of animal species.
  • Implement treatment plans and monitor progress in patients.
  • Ensure that all surgical instruments and equipment are sterile and functioning.
  • Build strong relationships with clients by providing excellent customer service.
  • Participate in research and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Engage in networking opportunities with other veterinary professionals.
  • Support and mentor junior staff members if applicable.
  • Advocate for animal welfare within the community.
  • Contribute to clinic policies and procedural improvements.
  • Lead health education workshops for pet owners.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor’s degree in Veterinary Science
  • Postgraduate Qualification in Veterinary Surgery is advantageous
Experience
  • 5+ years of progressive veterinary experience
