Job Description

We are actively seeking a highly skilled Hotel Manager to lead our team in Cape Town. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing daily hotel operations, ensuring the highest standards of guest satisfaction, and keeping an eye on the financial performance of the hotel.

Responsibilities

  • Direct all hotel operations to maximize guest satisfaction and operational efficiency.
  • Prepare and manage the hotel's budget and financial forecasts.
  • Supervise recruitment, training, and performance evaluations of staff.
  • Develop operational strategies that align with company objectives.
  • Ensure operational policies maintain excellence in service delivery.
  • Oversee guest service and resolve any complaints or issues effectively.
  • Maintain compliance with all hotel policies and local legislation.
  • Report on hotel performance to senior management regularly.
  • Engage with marketing initiatives to drive hotel bookings.
  • Enhance guest retention strategies through exceptional service.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
  • Master's degree in Hospitality Management is preferred
Experience
  • 5+ years of progressive management experience in hospitality
